New wave discoveries are always exciting, and you never know what to expect, which gives room to imagination along with doubts. The bet paid off and we were looking at a perfect line up with no one around, but the surfboards never made it to our destination…
Our host was kind enough to open up his garage and dust off some old boards for the boys. Imagine a rally driver borrowing a car sitting in a garage for years with old petrol in it, Marc Lacomare and Benjamin Sanchis dealt with that.
Once their equipment arrived, the swell had dropped, offering a couple of sessions on a fun little right, followed by some good times, hanging out and sipping beers on the main square of the fishing village.
